World Cancer Day [1] –taking place on 4 February – is a unique opportunity to raise awareness that there is much that can be done at an individual, community and governmental level, to harness and mobilise solutions and catalyse positive change. Over 300 activities are currently registered on the Map of Impact [2].

Everyone is encouraged to share their plans whether you are launching a new study, organising a fundraising event, an advocacy activity or a social media campaign. Every action counts, please add what you have planned to the Map of Impact and help show the world that much can be done to join the fight against cancer.
