NCD Child convened clinicians, CSOs and young leaders from the European region at the Protecting Children from NCDs:  Leadership Advocacy Workshop that took place in Bucharest this 7th of June.

The plan opens a new era in understanding, care and treatment – but governments must act now. The plan acknowledges that dementia is not a normal part of ageing and that those affected should be helped to live as well as possible. 

On 22 May, six high-level panelists discussed NCDs successes and challenges at a side event organised by NCDA in the margins of the 70th World Health Assembly, taking place this week in Geneva.
