The NCD Community is sooon expecting the circulation of Revision 2 of the Political Declaration on NCDs and Mental Health. According to the latest intelligence, several blocs continue to express strong concerns regarding the proposed language and targets on health taxes. At the same time, some influential countries that have championed health taxes in the past have not actively engaged in the current negotiations. -
